Estimated delivery date is from the date an order is placed. It is important to note any orders that include items on PRE-ORDER will have this delivery estimate from the date they are dispatched, not the date they are ordered.
Please note, parcels can sometimes be delayed by factors out of our control such as customs or processing centre delays. The estimated delivery time is therefore not a guaranteed delivery period.
OUR DISPATCH AIM
We aim to dispatch all orders within 1 working day. You will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information via email as soon as your order has been dispatched. If you cannot find your tracking information in your email inbox, please check your spam/junk folder. If you are still having trouble finding this information, please send us an email at email@example.com and we will do our best to get back to you within 48 hours (Mon-Fri) to help in anyway we can!
INFORMATION AND POLICIES
Confirmation of delivery
Mother of Sin LDN deliver worldwide from the UK. We provide tracking for all UK and international orders which will provide confirmation of delivery once our courier partner has delivered the parcel.
Incorrect delivery address
Orders can only be delivered to the address provided at checkout so please make sure this is correct before making a purchase. If you have provided the wrong delivery address on an order please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org immediately with the subject "DELIVERY ADDRESS CHANGE". Orders begin being processed and fulfilled as soon as they are made so we may not be able to assist with any changes. However, where possible, we will do all that we can to assist with a change of address. Please be aware, we cannot be held responsible for any missing or delayed parcels that are a result of an incorrect address being provided.
Product issue or damage
On the rare occasion that there is ever any sort of issue, factory fault or damage found on an item, you must get in touch as soon as you receive the product to inform us. If you do not get in touch immediately within 24 hours of delivery before the item has been worn, we are unable to take responsibility for any damage that may occur.
Parcel Returned to Sender
Should an order be "returned to sender" after any sort of failed delivery attempts, including incorrectly provided delivery addresses or unclaimed parcels, please note we are able to hold these items for a maximum of 30 days after delivery before they are disposed of. If your parcel is being return to sender, it is important you get in touch with us at email@example.com immediately to make us aware of this. Please note we cannot be held responsible for any missing parcels or delayed parcels that are not safely delivered back to us that are a result of failed delivery attempts or unclaimed parcels.
Customers are able to pay for their order at www.MotherofSinLDN.com in their selected chosen currency. Please note, refunds are processed in GBP (£) so the final amount paid out may show in selected currency as varying from the original payment amount. This is out of our control and is only applicable if the conversion rate has altered during the period between the refund and the original payment date.
If there is any form of issue with an order, parcel or delivery, it is vital that customers contact us via email at firstname.lastname@example.org within 30 days of the order date so that we can effectively address the situation. Outside of this period, unfortunately we are unable to assist with any issues relating to the order.
Duties & Taxes
We ship our packages DDU (Duties Delivered Unpaid), and if an order is being delivered to an address outside of the UK, additional import fees may need to be paid in order to release your parcel. Unfortunately, we cannot be responsible for any additional import charges charged by your country's import laws, and those are the responsibility of the customer. If these fees aren't paid by the customer and the order is safely returned to us, customers will be refunded the original order amount less postage fees and any additional duty and handling fees incurred. Please note we cannot be held responsible for any missing parcels or delayed parcels that are not safely delivered back to us that are a result of rejected parcels or failed customs and taxes payment attempts.
All items purchased directly from www.MotherofSinLDN.com can be returned and issued with a refund provided they arrive at our address within 14 days of delivery (21 days of delivery for international orders) and meet all other returns terms and conditions stated. Items returned after this period will not be eligible for a refund and there will be a charge for returning the goods to the customer. Please note for returns, we are only able to refund the original cost of the item, not any postage costs. *Returned items that have been subject to free shipping will have our original delivery cost deducted from the amount refunded.
Mother of Sin LDN accepts items in their original packaging which should include the individual jewellery bag for each applicable piece and the original cardboard packaging which should be securely resealed before posting back to us. Every aspect of the returned item(s) must be free from both signs of wear and damage. They must be unused and in the same condition as you received them. All items will be inspected upon return by our team and it is at their discretion on whether the item is suitable for return. Any purchases of sale items are not returnable and will not be applicable for a refund or exchange. Any goods returned to us that do not meet our returns policy requirements or are in an unsuitable condition will not be eligible for a refund or exchange and will be returned to the sender at the cost of the customer.
After a return has been requested and any item(s) has been returned to us, customers will receive a refund notification via email within 7 working days of the return parcel being received, checked and confirmed as applicable for a refund. This will confirm a refund has been issued. Please note, refunds may take up to 5-10 days to process. This is out of our control and is dependent on the original payment method used.
Please note we are unable to offer exchanges of any kind at this time. If you would like to make an adjustment to your order after receiving it, we recommend requesting a return as below and reordering the pieces you would like in a separate order.
HOW TO START A RETURN:
Returns can be made for any item provided they meet all terms and conditions of our returns policy. All postage for returns is the responsibility of the customer. Upon requesting a return, the team will email you further instructions on how to return an item including return address details. Please send all returns parcels via tracked mail as we cannot be held responsible for any lost items.

so we can deal with your request as quickly as possible.
For international returns (orders returned from outside of the UK) please ensure the parcel is marked as “returned goods” on any necessary customs or postal forms. Failure to do so may delay the issue of any refund, or result in the shipment being returned. Additionally, any duties incurred due to incorrect customs declarations will be deducted from the refund due.
